A private Reiki session lasts 90 minutes (allow 2 hours). People often experience deep relaxation and a peaceful, meditative spaciousness. During the treatment, clients lie fully clothed on a massage table. Following an energy scan to identify any areas of imbalance, the treatment begins. Using specific hand positions, Reiki energy flows into you from our hands and goes wherever it is needed on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. The continuous flow of Reiki energy throughout the session facilitates relaxation, and shifting of imbalances, thereby supporting your own natural ability to heal and to maintain wellness. Many find that Reiki helps them feel calmer, clearer, and more centered.
